个人介绍
现任泰科天润应用测试中心主任。中国电工技术学会电力电子专业委员会青年工程师工作组委员,第三代半导体产业技术创新战略联盟产业导师,泰克科技电源功率器件领域外部专家。
主要从事功率半导体器件的特性测试、评估及应用的关键技术研究工作,致力于推进功率半导体器件教育在高等学校普及和推广先进功率器件在工业界应用。发表学术论文8篇,授权专利4项,出版专著《碳化硅功率器件:特性、测试和应用技术》,收录于机械工业出版社“电力电子新技术系列图书”和“半导体与集成电路关键技术丛书”,并列入“十四五”国家重点出版物。
