熟悉PCB材料组成性能以及对信号的影响,深入了解PCB工艺对PCB性能尤其是射频,热特性影响,一直致力于在材料-加工-设计之间搭起桥梁,更好的沟通,让设计师选对材料,做好DFM, 让PCB 厂能理解客户信号要求,做出满足性能的PCB。
主题背景:
随着信号频率越高,各种频段也纷繁复杂,很多设计需要更好的EMI。以前很多设计师认为埋阻埋容就是替代表面贴装电阻电容,省点空间,在讲座中,我们着重解释平面埋入式电阻和电容除了直接端接,就近匹配的优势,如何解决EMI 的问题,甚至还可以对PCB热管理,高可靠做出贡献。
